Worst company to get service from. Tried to cancel several times and would not. Kept charging me for services I no longer wanted and tried to cancel. Overcharged me for tv and internet service. Lost service due to a power outage and took two weeks to fix and then only received a $20 credit on a $175 bill. Customer service is a nightmare to talk to.

Time Warner's Technical support is always on top of there game. The speed we receive could be a bit more consistent but over all very good. If you are deciding between Time Warner Cable and the new Fioptics, in my opinion Time Warner has a better internet service. I have compared both side by side and Cable is just faster with less dropped connections.
