The cable service is okay but Xfinity's streaming service is aweful. Can't watch a program without the screen freezing or losing the internet connection about 5 times an hour. And when the connection comes back on, the audio is lost. I've reported this problem since I first signed up for the service but it has never been corrected.

The internet is usually fast, but occasionally during the "peak hours" it can get slow and spotty. The TV channels available sometimes go in and out and sound can be lost, however, it fixes itself and recordings record it perfectly even with the video/audio problems. Overall very satisfied only because of the price point. I feel as if i were being charged $15-20 more, I wouldn't be as happy.
