Terrible. They continue to up the fees. The service is off and on. I’ve been through 3 sets of new equipment in the less then 6 months. Then you have to sit around all day waiting for a service technician while you have been out of internet.

I called to see if I could get my internet price lowered and customer service said yes we can to 68$ bill comes it went up to 90$ so not only do they rip us off they lie as well. There are other now so we will have to see!

We had to sign a contract which spectrum could have us par the balance of contract if we chose to opt out early. The problem is, our internet goes out all the time at night and we have 20 units at our resort and offer it as a service at no charge. But it goes out ALL the time. Do not recommend it! Our service people are awesome though, it’s just spectrum enternet

Up until last year, Service was not consistent. The customer representatives do not know their job or their information. I was told last year that I can call back every so often to check to see if they have new promotions to lower my bill. I’m sure as you guess when I did call no one seems to know what I was talking about. They had no options to lower my bill. My bill was $41.99 within a few months it went up to $50 after I was told that it would go up about $10 the next year then I get my bill for this month. It is $68 when I called there’s no option to lower my bill will also during that call. I’m told him my bill will be at least 80 $90 by this time next year. Spectrum know they are the only company available in most areas and customers have no other choice but to either pay the prices I’ll go without Internet. I’m in the process of looking for another company now. My suggestion is if there is a company other than spectrum available in your area, you should go out with them

I hate that there isn't more options in our area. We are forced to be ripped off. When the wifi is down all the time, you can't make money. They used to credit for days you went without, but it has gotten so often that you would have a zero bill. Their customer service has a new lie for everyday of the week, and no 2 are the same. They sent me on a week long goose chase to lower my bill, then once I was accepted, they told me they don't honor that program. The bill just keeps going up, and the service way down. We need new options here. Something under $100 a month. The only thing they put effort into is collecting a payment.

I was scheduled for a service technician to arrive yesterday Monday 06/16 between 4pm to 5pm. And the technician never showed up and no one called me about any issue. I contacted the company and they kept telling me the technician will be there in five to six minutes. It’s was 9pm and the technician never showed up or called at all. When I was speaking to the customer service representative on the phone I told them that if the technician doesn’t show up tonight the ONLY time that they will have is between 11 am to 1 pm today 06/17 only. Now they are saying that they can only show up between 4pm and 5pm today. We have been out of service for four days now and the Spectrum company messed up and I the customer is paying for it. The Spectrum company have been going down on service and getting worse. I will not recommend their service organization at all to anyone.

My cable bill is now $280.00 per month and my second home is $250.00 per month and will go up after promotions. Almost $500.00 per month for cable. Time to look around
