Requested Buckeye Broadband to come out and bury the cable for my Internet and was told it may be a month before they could accommodate me. With a week a gentleman named Lewis came to the house and informed me what he was going to do and promptly proceeded to address the issue. He was very professional, informative and courteous. Buckeye has always been a big part of my life, and the pricings may be a little higher than adverage, but it is what you're paying for, good quality service. If you can't afford quality, than Buckeye isn't the place for you. The quality of the people whom work there is amazing! The quality of the tech support help, is amazing! But you only have to ask if there is an issue with your services. And they fix it ASAP! 100% worth getting!

I like that the internet works faster and better than the other one I had from At&t. But, I also think they should lower their prices a bit low.

It's what I had a my previous house so transferring service was convenient. Price could be much better.

Overall, the service is fine. I think that the price is too high. Internet is basically how the world functions, at least in this part of the world. Without it, life becomes a bit harder. Simple tasks take a lot longer, information is not as readily available. Since the world we live in almost requires you to be connected, then the service should be more affordable.

Have not had recent interactions, used to have to call frequently. Last time we called and threatened to leave- monthly rate was dropped and service has been satisfactory.
