Immediately we lost our ability to use email! The reason is the ISP uses blocks of blocked/bad reputation IP addresses and when the obvious happens [you have email blocked] they offered the "upgrade" to fix problem. ANother thing I realized after my elderly wife had to go into the yard on installation day and move stuff to allow machinery to access installation sitethat sales should have told us to clear Xamount of access area. The installer was magic though! He worked magic getting the vehicles into place and out again without tearing anything up. At any rate I risked having to pay for installation of this scam service and they will be out tuesday to remove their eyesore. We will see how charges are tuesday and what we will do about it

Who knew that small town internet is better than in the city. I am running a server, phones, multiple TV's, cameras on their 300 speed without a hitch.. so happy

Called about past due all my bills say 94 due but when I called she said it was cause I missed junes bill when I don’t have a June bill showing so I questioned how come all my bills recently day 94$ due if there telling me I owe 233$ she then hung up on me would don’t recommend the worst customer service!

I was having problems and I called at 6:45 pm and spoke with Kenneth. He was very helpful and nice and fixed my problem while I waited on the phone. Great job Kenneth and Resound Network!!

i like the fact it tries hard to stay up and keep us online, but most of the time it is very frustrating because it goes out in the front room while my mom is watching her tv in her room, we have to ask her to turn hers off so we can watch in another room

I am out in the country so providers are very limited. Fixed wireless is the only type that can provide decent speeds. It also comes at a higher price than most providers in a city. It also slows significantly during busy times of the day, which would be what I wish they could fix along with a lower price.
