I been a customer for 15 years and it use to be great but here lately nothing but issues with internet. I call them they come out works fine for a week and then right back to awful service. I wish other companies would expand to this area so i can get away from the.

I've had FOCUS Broadband for over a year now and they're the best internet provider around in my opinion. I have 1 Gig speeds and use it to stream Netflix and other services without any issues. Their prices are also very reasonable for the speeds that you get. Really happy with them!

Loyal customer with what I thought was the best and fastest internet I could buy? Yet again, internet drops out and modem searching. Tried all the “recommended” suggestions and still nothing. Fair to give it 24hrs. But honestly becoming an issue with the service not customer based plan based to be clear. CS is good: however wifi/streaming sucks for the money we spend. Not sure if there are to many tourist down this week or what? Trying to find an excuse so I don’t have to hear another. Thanks

It is the only one in my area I can choose from. I couldn't change providers even if I wanted to. There are frequent outages
