Paying for 1GB, but often have buffering issues on simple videos. Long outage's with no ETA on a solution. Called in for help and spent 15 minutes in 95% silence while the tech guy searched for outage confirmation. No utility is a joy to work with in my experience, but this service is pathetic.

Amazing customer service and fast install time. Once you experience fiber internet there is no going back. Their plan is also more affordable than others.
