We just got MetroNet a lot of times we have no internet connection. I was so excited to get it by same problems.

Mainly the price was better than what we had before. I don't think we've had any issues that required us to contact customer service.

They contract out their technicians which can make things a little difficult with setup but they have very nice customer service people
