Previous providers were dialup or landline service. Service was spotty with afternoon service very degraded. PSC connection is fiber optic and service is consistently good. Problems have been very few and customer service excellent. I have a package with TV, landline & internet and few complaints. Over all price is less than I was paying per month for landline and satellite TV.
