We had Reliance Connects for over 7 years and were very happy with it. Six weeks ago, we switched to another carrier because of the lower price. Connectivity has not been dependable with the new carrier, and their customer service was deplorable. Today, we had Reliance back to set us up with what we had with them before, and disconnected the new carrier. Reliance is dependable, comes out to fix any problems immediately. Easy to reach if we have questions or want to upgrade service. I highly recommend them.

They have upgraded their service since I joined them AND DID NOT RAISE THE PRICE! they keep it up !

I think that reliance is a very good deal and offers just what it says it does and don't change it around and have add one whenever they feel like it as other company's do, and end up screwing you for extra money to where you can't afford to pay for any of it. Reliance rocks!

I am using this Reliance Netconnect for a long time and I am satisfied with the speed and performance of the service provider. Also their customer care service is also excellent as they resolve any queries or problems regarding their connection as soon as they can.
