US Internet is the best ISP I've ever worked with. Very prompt customer service, great price. I've been a customer for 7 years and I've never had any service interruption.

Never had an issue with them. Speed is very close to the one promised. I've had considerably better price, internet connection and service than what I had with two previous providers: XFinity and CenturyLink. I've never had an outage. Whenever I called them for assistance, the service was quick and correctly answered my questions.

I call to cancel my service but they offer me suspended but they charge me total price and they cut my internet they really sucks don’t give them your money

They like to charge over for their internet. And they also do not put stuff in the computer like they should like shut off date when you call in and have it shut off through that text thing. They like to charge an extra month on top of everything else. Their service is very slow even though it's supposed to be fast. It barely runs a PS5 and you have to shut off all your Wi-Fi inside your house everything that is on your Wi-Fi.

We have had USI fiber in Minneapolis for about 10 years. We have had no problems whatsoever. There have been only one or two brief outages in 10 years. Speed and connectivity are good. We stream all our TV now, and have multiple connected devices without any issues. It's easy to communicate with them. Pricing is not great, but is not outrageous at all.

Great customer service, have even had email answered on a Sunday. Local company, installation was prompt and easy, set up is easy, no data caps. Only con is they are not in every area of twin cities so check their coverage map.
