I would like to commend TJ, the customer service representative, for his outstanding performance. His extensive knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout our interaction. Within just a few minutes of our conversation, his engaging demeanor brought a much-appreciated sense of humor to the discussion. It would be beneficial if all customer service representatives embodied the same qualities as TJ. Initially, I called to inquire about a service outage, unaware that I would also learn about one of Vyve's exceptional offers. If you are in search of a great deal, I highly recommend contacting Vyve to explore their 3-year plans. To whomever it may concern, this man deserves a raise. Thanks, TJ, for your exemplary services!

Internet service consistantly goes out at 7:30 in the evening and several times during the day even if we unplug the router and plug it back in. All the service people ever do is change the router out for a new one even though they were told the router /network is working. it just says no internet.

The only issue I have with Vyve Broadband is occasional drops of my connect. The speed has been good, allowing me to stream TV at the same time as browsing on my laptop.

My overall experience with Vyve has been okay. It has performed better than previous internet providers and at higher speeds. It is one of the few providers that are available in my area and is more affordable. They need to keep their equipment updated and avoid outages.

Have had internet for 2 months . Says 900 mbps . Is not even half that speed. As well as have lost intent for 2 days and about 10 other times now. They can't figure out what is going on . A different person on the phone everytime thinks it's something with our end but the techs say it is there tower . Do not reccomend find a different provider . We are canceling.
