Service has been far more reliable than Spectrum. ATT price keeps going up. Monthly lease charge for the modem is unacceptable, but certainly a huge profit generator for ATT. We could have purchased over 10 modems by now

My bill went up less than 6 months ago and ATT claimed they would offset it due to my having auto draft pay. Today the bill went up to the same price 6 months ago. Why bother with that nonsense 6 months ago if you wanted to charge me more money anyway. Will look for another carrier.

The speed of AT&T Internet Air is so inconsistent! At one point it's 125 megabits per second. The next it's 25! Sometimes it goes down for 30 seconds! It's just not reliable. Also, this quirky app to set it up is appalling. Meant to be super easy for the novice but it's laborious and provides very little info or functionality for a mid to power user.

AT&T has NOT provided QUALITY service . Downloads are usually ok but signal drops repeatedly. They have sent a service technician out 3 different times and the issue is still unresolved. We are in the process of researching other carriers and plan to switch.

So I have been with att for many years , never had problems with internet or service until I moved to a major city (Orlando ) , but now I don’t even have a phone half the time ! Then I wake up today , yes I am 7 days late on my bill, to my phone service has been cut off ! So I have never in my life had a service or creditor or anything to the such ever cancel or cut off anything for it being one week late ! I’m not sure what is going on with the company but this is complete trash . This will be the last month with this service provider , I highly recommend to anyone looking for a provider to stay away , the customer service is trash , rude and unhelpful ! But just wanted to get this off my chest and hopefully this helps someone out there who is looking for a provider . Stay away!

We are without Internet for 5 days because their technicians are on strike. But my company is not on strike and I work remote. AT&T Manager came on the 4th day just to confirm the router is broken which my husband already told them over the phone. They said someone is coming today to fix it which never happen. No one called to let us know they are not coming either. This is the 2nd router that broke in one year. No urgency! AT&T really doesn't care about their customers. I regret leaving the previous company. We had them for 18 yrs and didn't have problems. Thinking of going back to them even though their price was higher and the speed lower.

I've been a loyal customer of this company since I got my first cellphone back in college, over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill recently. The waiting time to get through to customer service is awful. On top of that, they changed the plan prices without notifying me, which was frustrating. The customer service is now handled overseas, making communication difficult and hard to understand. Even worse, everything seems calculated to ensure that if you try to switch plans to save money, you end up losing credits. After all these years, I’m seriously considering making a switch. Very disappointed.
