horrible customer Service / like everyone else has said, impossible to get anyone on the phone... their prices are also poor and they raise prices to force you into a Contract...

I have had then for 4 years and its always a hassle when the bill switches... unfortunately i made the mistake to switch to them for the cell phone service and now my bill has not been the amount quoted at all !!!

I won't recommend Xfinity internet at all. We have 3 outages in two months for about 4 to 6 hours off each outage. It is not easy to get a human customer service when I tried to contact them. Really, any other cheaper internet services have not that much issues as Comcast. Horrible product!

Your techs no showed twice today to set up service for my elderly parents who have internet controlled AC. Worst company ever and unreliable. I encourage anyone to use ATT over these inept folks.

Worst company. After my contract expired,I was billed double the price, I then called and they told me I was out of contract. When I inquired as to what the new contract would be , they were much more than Frontier Communications so I started to switch to them. Then I had to call Comcast after returning the box and switching, only to be told it would be 30 days before they would close the account and therefore I would need to pay another $260. So actually they charged me twice as it took a bit to get Frontier to come to change the service and then this last time they said it’s going to take 30 days and I will be charged again so that’s over $700 of charges within three months for a small business account. Run don’t walk from this company. Not to mention their Internet and power outages occurred at least four times per month, which certainly impacted my business. awful Company
