I have had nothing but problems with Xfinity! Their customer service, chat assistance is pathetic! It almost impossible to speak to a live person. Chat assistants are slow and continally asked you for information they should have access to. Very frustrated!

Jeremy, one of your techs, kept an appt. w/ me to "fix" my TV. He arrived on time, cured the problems, and was so kind & helpful. I appreciated his manner, and expertise so VERY MUCH!.He is a huge plus for your company!! S V

horrible customer Service / like everyone else has said, impossible to get anyone on the phone... their prices are also poor and they raise prices to force you into a Contract...

I have had then for 4 years and its always a hassle when the bill switches... unfortunately i made the mistake to switch to them for the cell phone service and now my bill has not been the amount quoted at all !!!

I won't recommend Xfinity internet at all. We have 3 outages in two months for about 4 to 6 hours off each outage. It is not easy to get a human customer service when I tried to contact them. Really, any other cheaper internet services have not that much issues as Comcast. Horrible product!
