We had Ez Fiber install finished last wk & they were great. Hayden & Brandon were our guys. When some problem arose about where box was to go due to house configuration but after going over & getting that done absolute breeze. Respectful. Showed interest in helping us use equipment correctly. So far loving it.

Eeze Fiber internet was back up in my area in 2 days after Hurricane Beryl. Great job We had huge trees and over 6 power lines down in our area it took Center point 7 days to get power back up but Eeze fiber had it back up in 2 great work. I also appreciated the email I got from them before the hurricane letting me know they already had repair crews ready to restore any outages staged before the hurricane. I am also so grateful when I call their customer support I can always talk to a person and not some computerized system when I was at xfinity. Eeze fiber has been 5 star service from installation through getting the service back up after a hurricane. I tell everyone I talk to how happy I am with Eeze Fiber.

The fiber is fast. Didn't go down during the recent storms in Houston area, b/c it's a buried system.

Service installed Jan 10, 2023. Experienced slower than expected speeds at first. Contacted support in the morning. They had a technician out than afternoon. I was not happy with the original cable location. They moved it for me. When they left, download speed was as expected. Upload was at 94 Mbps. Through mid March 2024 experienced speeds dropping to 94/94 Mbps every few days. They suggested it was my router. I didn’t agree. I was pretty sure it was not my router. Finally in March 2024, I emailed them with a serious speed complaint. They again suggested that it was my router. So I agreed to change it out. Since then my speed has been nearly flawless exceeding my expectations. I have the 500 Mbps plan. Download speeds often exceed 600 Mbps. Upload is not far behind. My only complaint now is I wish my service fee was at least $10 cheaper. Recommending EZee Fiber for speed and support is an easy decision.
