MIDCO had better pricing, speed, service, and equipment than Frontier. MIDCO is upgrading to fiber optic for internet service. Frontier Communications just doesn’t seem to care.

My last interaction was about a week ago, I was not able to access the TV Everywhere Service. My actual TV is broken and I watch on my laptop, it wasn't letting me connect. I spoke with Darla and she took a recent payment and she transferred me a technician that helped me get re-connected.

Been with them for many years and have been happy with their service. Customer service is always helpful.

They need to have another competitor in this area. Midco is using outdated cable lines that have been in this town by a previous cable provider. Not getting the speeds that you pay for or the service you pay for

When it is windy, my service almost always goes out and then comes back. Same for internet. Price is not worth it.

The ONLY thing I can say is that they have decent customer service. Otherwise, they will manipulate their pricing and squeeze every dollar they can out of you. I've had their internet for a year and I can say it has been ridiculously slow; the only way I could hit 200mb/s is when I had things plugged in with ethernet. Also, be aware they will eliminate the lower service options and require you to "upgrade" intermittently for a quick money grab.

The internet service provider that we are using now has worked well for us compaired to our previous provider.

I got the best customer service today. I called about a machine rental that I don't have or remember. The representative Jessica was super polite. She helped me resolve my issue , even got me a refund. I was definitely not expecting that. Then she looked into my account history and make sure I didn't overpay or got charged for something. I never had a customer service who looked out for the customer before. It was super refreshing.
