Wow claims they don't have data caps. My bill has been charged extra claiming I went over my data limit. I cut everything from my plan except internet and my bill is still over $130.00 a month and keeps going up.

After review them all, WoW beats them all for speed, price, and capacity. Keep up the good work WoW!

Every time there’s a strong thunderstorm, internet is out. 6 times in 4 months. Telephone reporting isn’t good, appointments for repairs are sometimes not kept, but charge $50 if you cancel 2hr before scheduled. Techs have replaced everything from the street to the modem but still happens. I’ve wasted so much time without internet and waiting for technicians. WOW doesn’t seem to have competent people.

So far so good, occasional slower speeds, think price too high.

Worst internet connection ever experienced in all my life, have 300mb plan, got 10 mb. I am fine with that scam is ok in our days. Internet slows down from 11 pm to 8 am, is fine too. Tried to stream, 10% stream lost, I am fine with that as well but turn my internet off for 4 days straight for couple hours, when I have remounted job, and I lost 2000$ because of it this is too much. Monopoly scam, wait for the consequences

My HOA explained to me that cable was being discontinued and we would be picking up the basic internet service as a bulk product. I would have thought the WOW rep would have educated the HOA that the basic internet service would NOT cover all 3 floors of our townhomes. Instead I have to find out from the WOW tech that it will not be sufficient. The tech recommended to upgrade my package another $10 from the original $50/mo to cover the whole home package. The tech was not knowledgeable about how to assist me with setting up my other 3 TVs to be able to stream TV. He said he’s sorry but he has to go. I had to get my 17 year old nephew to come and help me which he was able to do in 15 minutes. This company has horrible service and internet service.

Over all my experience with wow is good. I don't have to regularly contact customer service because of issues and auto pay makes things easier
