I tape shows but not all are playing. I often receive a message that said shows are "temporarily unavailable". However, after MONTHS, the shows are STILL "temporarily unavailable"! This has been going on SINCE LAST YEAR!!!!! I have emailed Armstrong about it countless times & their replies always instruct me to call them. When I have called them I have been assured this issue will be fixed yet it has not!!! My cable bill went up considerably yet the service has declined drastically! I wonder if anyone else is having this issue? Is anyone else, in reply to emails from Armstrong, receiving a bot-like reply? Is anyone else wondering why Armstrong will not issue an explanation in writing???? Just wondering…………..

Same problems regarding taping shows have been continuing for months. Armstrong keeps telling me the issues be fixed yet they continue. Meanwhile I am paying an outrageous amount to tape shows that are "temporarily unavailable" (again--issue has gone on for months!) & wasting my taping minutes! Now some shows begin taping AFTER the show begins which forces me to set my OnePass to tape early, again wasting precious minutes for which I am paying through the nose! My bill just went up around $8 a month only to have service decrease! Armstrong will NOT reply to my complaints via email instead they instruct me to CALL Armstrong. Note my calls are given the same response telling me the problem will be resolved!!! I strongly suggest to anyone who reads this to NOT subscribe to Armstrong unless he/she wants to toss good money after bad!
