Terrible. Changed our phone number without us knowing! My husband gets very few of his regular emails. Have called numerous times over last week and nothing has changed.

Their Evo converter provides terrible access to cable TV. And only one can be connected - so the remote has to be passed around to different users. I recommend going elsewhere if possible.

Their speed isn't the best but my problem is that I don't have continual service. The service is sporadic and drops out at the worst times while I'm trying to do work

Just about every 3 months the bill increases. three months ago I called after one of their increases of $20 per month, they lowered it $10 per month only to increase my bill $40?!?!?!

Really fast internet in Bangs compared to other providers like Frontier, and I am surprised we had fiber optics being in a remote area.

Service reliability is terrible. Internet goes out for 2-3 hours at least once a month.

I am constantly having outages, pauses for streaming happens in the middle of a program, and my bill went from 30.00 to 60.00 to now 80.00. I have my own modem, so renting one would makes it 90.00 . Comcast and XFinity are my only other options (same pricing or higher)

Last month's automatic payment included yet another increase for my internet and landline connection. - I believe this is the second one for this year. Since I am stuck with this company (there are no other companies available where I live), I am more than unhappy with this situatio, especially since I live on a limited income since retirement. If there was another choice, Astound would be out the door.

By far the worst company to have services with. I am moving out of state and called to disconnect on a certain date. Because my billing cycle ends 4 days prior to when I want to disconnect, they either disconnect on the cycle end date, which I cannot do because I need wifi until I move OR bill me the entire next billing cycle for a service I will no longer be receiving except for 4 days. They are incompetent to be able to prorate services and having good reputable customer service. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, even if others are a bit more in price. You get what you pay for.
