It a good internet company

Very Frequent outages. Raised my rate two months after a rate agreement when they should have been giving credit, some were a week long. Cancelled service with a thirty day notice as required and they double billed me. Wronged!

Internet is constantly going out. Numerous service calls. Way too expensive to not be able to get through an entire show while streaming.

I've been having to reboot my system every weekend starting on Friday around 5pm for the last 3 weeks and now my bill is going up and I'm told on the chat I have to pay money to get help????

High speed internet out more than going, Days to get service call, TV, phone on internet, when one goes out we lose it all. Call tech support, they try to get everything back up, but usually have to wait for technician to come to house. Had service since Mediacom bought out the other cable service here, many years now. Not happy with them at all. Bad connection, too many outages, doing without phone, internet and tv for days before technician come to check what’s causing problems.

Constantly raises prices without improving quality of their services etc. Goes out or runs at lower speed than the advertised speed of the package I pay for every month. When my youngest son moves out I'll find a different internet company. I don't care if the speeds turn out to be slower as long as the internet company I choose is more reliable and cost efficient.

We are on the internet 60 plan, and yet to get over 47.41 Mbps with a average of 42 Mbps. still waiting on the upgrade to free100 Mbps as promised. Internet is out often enough to wish for a reliable service. Price is atrocious for what service we get, now up over $115.00 a month for this. Still waiting for temporary hookup at pole to house connection to be fixed, it was promised to be done a little while after Hurricane Sally knocked down the line
