You can set your watch by when the Mercury Internet connection fails virtually every night , 7 days a week, here in Capac Michigan. I have called them numerous times, they are always very helpful in evaluating and re-establishing a connection. Not a single time have I been told it is something I am doing. But likewise , it is virtually a nightly occurrence. I use to reset the box 3 or 4 times and sometimes I could get reconnected. Now, I just wait till the next morning and it has self-healed or a call customer service. Price is good, speed is good, reliability is horrible

I like their service and attitude towards customers. The price is reasonable and the Internet speed is adequate. I hope we can make the Internet speed more smooth so that there will not be a situation of network interruption

Their customer service is top notch. Bill is accurate and we get good internet service

i like the the service is reliable and affordable. also that there or few moments of slow down and that the service is fast

Do not use. They will try to charge you to fix the internet, they will try to charge you to go to a "static line" so it's not a shotty. They will try to Nickle and dime you for service that isn't there even if "there's a tower .5miles away"

Their internet was down for days, tried blaming my end. I called to cancel service and have the equipment taken down in November, the tech that came said their tower was down and not enough power to service our area. Then the fight with billing started, they wanted me to continue paying for a service I was not receiving, actually got a bill for December, after having equipment removed for a month.
