Fast! No lagging Occasional outages, usually quickly restored. Customer service and technical support are outstanding, always friendly, efficient and forthright.

Cable internet is old. Fiber internet is newer and faster. WeLink brings wireless fiber via the rooftops into areas that can’t get fiber. It’s a great idea that has worked since they started 5 years ago in Henderson. My kids love it because they are gamers and use a ton of internet. No more slowing down during peak hours like it was with Cox. They offer a free trial to ensure they can get you the proper signal at your particular location (sometimes your neighbor can get it but you can’t because a tree is in the way). Best to take the free trial since you have nothing to lose, and keep your current provider as a backup. Utah company with 24/7 tech support. They care a lot, but they are a smaller company. Customer service and service appts have both improved a lot since they started up. I’m in a 700/700 speeds neighborhood and I consistently hover between 500-700 mbps on both download and upload. Wind doesn’t affect it like some reviews have said, but if there are trees around, sometimes they can blow into the way or the signal. Fortunately they’ve gotten better at installing at homes where that isn’t an issue. They offer 2000/2000 speeds in their newer areas. Tech got on the roof, ran a line of sight test at my home so it aligned with nearest anchor point, we passed and he installed. A week later we canceled cox and haven’t looked back. Devices: 20+ Usage: heavy; 3 gamers in the home Definitely impressed with them and fully recommend the free trial.

We love our WeLink Internet! It’s always been a fast Internet service for us! We use the internet quite often in our home and rarely have issues with connectivity. Definitely happy we switched!

I have been with WeLink since the beginning of 2025, and the speeds have been great. I game, and so do several people in my home. Everyone is happy with the speed. I would definitely recommend WeLink to anyone in Las Vegas. Best price for actual great internet.

I’m so glad to be away from my last ISP and be with WeLink. The speed is faster both upload and download, there’s less outage time, and it’s less expensive. On top of that they don’t try and raise your bill every year, making you call in to get the “promotional” rate. I can’t say enough good thing about WeLink!

We've had WeLink for over 2 years now and we love it! We got a really great deal and our price has never changed or gone up on us. Technicians were super helpful when we had a few issues at first- they just needed to adjust the antennae and then it worked great! We have hardly had any outages and if we do, its for about 15 min or so. I've never had the internet go out for a whole day like it used to with Cox. Highly recommend!!

Service has lots of buffering. Customer service hard to reach and ambiguous contracts to get a discount if you sign up for 24 months to get a discount.
