Quick to bill. Slow to react. Continually dropped service. Would not meet personally to discuss the problem. They suspended service so I fired them. They sucked with me. PS- This problem occurred after Frontier merged into the Ziply Fiber mess.

I have had Ziply Fiber for just over a year now. It has been amazing. I work from home at a job that requires a lot of uploading of media. Having gig+ upload speeds have saved me hours of time. The connection is stable. (It has only been down once for a few minutes other than scheduled mid-night maintenance.) Wired speeds are as advertised. (We have 2 gig and get 2 gig on the wired desktop. Wifi is between 500 mbps and 1 gig depending on where I am in the house. Recommended - buy your own router. I was renting their router, and they recently raised the rental price. I chose to buy an Orbi, and I am getting faster speeds than I was from their router. I can also get a satellite if I need it with Orbi. Pricing is a bit high compared to cable, but the stability and speed are worth the extra cost.

With our old internet provider we were lucky to get 30 mb up and 10 down even though we were paying for 300/30. We also had many occasions when it would shut down completely. We have had Ziply for three months now and consistently get 95 up and 95 down on all devices. I'm sure we could get better but our devices are older and only have network cards. We have also not experienced any down time that we know of. And the price is less than half of what we were paying before.

No fiber available on my street. I have DSL. Every night my internet goes down & I have no service. Paying my bills online is a nightmare. Very disappointing.

System drops several times a day. Streaming freezes. Zoom and Teams meetings drop, internet on computer and TV stops/freezes. This happens daily.

poor infrastructure, ziply needs to move off the pot and let a quality phone company provide decent internet service through fiber optics to the rural areas, they dont take care of their plant and dont seem to care about their customers.
