After years of slow to nonexistent internet service via hotspots and satellite, Xfinity arrived in our neighborhood with fiber optic gig-speed hardwired internet directly to our house from the street. With Xfinity, I'm now receiving consistent download speeds of 980-995 and consistent upload speeds of 983-985. I'm paying $60 monthly, a bargain for fast and reliable internet service, especially for those who've suffered through satellite internet and various hotspots. Two thumbs up for Xfinity!

We have had XFinity for over a decade now and am extremely frustrated. The cost has gone up exponentially for what we get. We have internet only at $135/mo (which just went up again). I work from home and our signal drops multiple times a day, which messes with my work network connection. I’ve had to use my mobile hotspot from a different provider many times because it’s so frustrating. I’m looking into other options now after getting nowhere with customer service and a new router..

My bill is suppose 55$ outta nowhere they bumped it to 91$. I've called over 5 times now and every time they say they fixed the problem and my payment will be changed to 55$. Here we are again and it's still at 91$. I'm literally not calling a 7th time. I'm leaving Xfinity. Go anywhere else if you can.

Absolute WORST of everything. I had this service for years. Cost went up exponentially every month for no apparent reason. When I went to cancel, good luck trying to speak to someone. Dealing w the customer service is something like living in purgatory. And I’m not joking. I’d avoid this company at all cost knowing what I know now.

Internet bill now $353.45 and will rise to $366.45 in May (after $13 promotional discount expires). Called and asked for any upgrade, bundling or discount programs. All I was offered was a $10 discount to go paperless. I asked to talk with supervisor and was transferred to Leslie who said I have no promotional options. . .My wife & I have been customers for over 20 years and have only had increases every year. New customers have better options than we do. No option? No promotions? Why? We are both retired and 65 years of age with limited income.

Abysmal customer service. I managed to find a phone number, but it was all automated, and would not connect me to an agent. XFINITY hung up on me instead of helping. Their prices keep increasing, yet service drops out multiple times a month. I do not recommend, and will switch if/when I find another option.

Their customer service is awful. Nerve racking to speak to a person and have to call back 5 times to get something done and still not right. They just don’t care.
