I was charged for a home visit and was told i would'nt be, im still having problems with the service and my bill keeps getting bigger. Best believe as soon as my contract is up i will be leaving this service. Ive had 10 visits and nothing has been really resolved. My tv freezes, lose voice, speed is slow. I'm suppose to have my payment debited from my account and is an extra 100 for a home visit that I was told wasn't going to be charged. I want a credit for all my inconveniences. Awful phone wait for a live agent.

Horrible customer service. They set, on 2 separate occasions, appointments at my house and they never showed up. Outrageous!!!

The internet was okay but once you try to leave them well good luck. If they owe you a refund you will not get it. And they keep trying to bill you when you no longer have service. I was on hold for an hour and a half after asking to speak to a supervisor. While on hold a drive to their office and the girl told me all she could do is make a ticket. Service ended July 17 and I still haven’t received $66 refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Never, in my 79 years have I dealt with an internet service as bad as Xfinity. Over priced, can't reach them when need to, bill changes from month to month, when finally talking with a rep they will not be honest, one rep will say one thing and another rep something else. I hate Xfinity!

We had a storm come through and knock out our power and internet. The next morning power was back on. When we inquired about when the internet would be back on we couldnt reach a real person, after many hours we reached someone and they said that we werent out because of them that it must be us and tried giving a appointment for the 7th. In our house we all work from home using the internet and we are not allowed to do our work from a public internet and we had some touchy medical equipment that depends on the internet but again they would not listen or get someone who would listen. One of us lost their job because they could not work and again they wouldnt listen when we tried to tell them the entire street was out not just us. Internet is still out days later ..Just as soon as the opportunity arises we will get another provider no matter what the cost and we will let anyone and everyone know not to depend on them if you need them for a home work station

(Gold member) pay my Internet on time but I was lie too and told that my bill will be $55.00 again if I pay my last month bill that they charger me $100 and after the news month my bill will go back to $55.00 and the new month came I was charge again $100 and told that the last person that I talk too didn't do my paperwork right and offer a deal that didn't make sense from there. I love Xfinity but if I'm going to get lie too from Xfinity worker I can't be a loyalty member no more I just feel like they didn't want to help me.

I am one to never waste my time trying to leave a crappy review but here I am cause I am beyond frustrated with this company. All I have is internet. My first couple bills were under $100 and that was fine. Then they went up and up and last month I paid $230 JUST FOR INTERNET!!!! And they don’t let you contact anyone unless it’s on a dang chat. So after 3 months of trying and trying to lower my bill, and trying to get a credit back. Nothing!!! Denied!! I will tell everyone everywhere I know that this company is awful and will rob you blind. If I could give 0 stars I would. So aggravating. I can barely feed my children and now I get stuck with a $200 internet bill? Give me a break. Worst place ever and does not care about you. Doesn’t fix anything for you.

I have add Xfinity since 2015 if I am not mistaken. It was good for awhile. But now I get outages that last last for hours. Tiny bit of rain and poof its out. I rarely get credit for any of this. Which I believe affected customers should. And the customer service on the phone is terrible. No one knows anything. Rewards is a joke. Why does Xfinity text customers when the internet is not working? What you text does not work. Nothing Xfinity does works. I wish I knew why I pay so much for very little service most of the time. And I recently found out that when Xfinity says outage to really means. Doing maintenance. I doubt this will do anything to make things better. Cause it's apparent Xfinity doesn't care what so ever about customers.
