They have raised my bill so high and I’ll call and discuss it, they bring it down and before contract is up they always raise it even higher. Also trying to get a real person to address your situation from billing, internet, tech support is almost impossible. Going to streaming when I figure it out.

The company charges extreme fees, as well as does not live up to their SLA's. I can never get a hold of a person to help resolve my issues and they are more worried about the bottom line then my experience as a customer. I wouldn't wish them upon my enemies worst enemy.

Xfinity has terrible customer service. I was locked into a 2 year contract for internet service at $35. When my 2 year contract expired, they automatically locked me into another contract for internet service at $59 without my permission. When I called, they told me that they had send reminders to me via email which I did not receive. They refused to cancel my internet service until my new contract ended. Terrible customer service. I recommend you look at different internet providers.

Absolutely the worst. We are moving, ordered new service, received 5 confirmation emails from Xfinity / Comcast and two texts telling us to be at the new address for set up and the tech would arrive between 3-5. He never showed up, they then rescheduled for four days later without telling us. I’m paid a deposit plus service fee and they still haven’t even been able to confirm they are actually installing. The next day they rescheduled again. Run from this service - don’t do it! They make it almost impossible to speak to a person.

Impossible difficult. To get anything done Their computer generated answers just waste time and get no where When you get an agent they usually can do nothing. Too bad they have no competition as I would leave in a second ! Terrible service at great expense

Xfinity's product is good. However the promotional offers lack transparency, and their overall approach to customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If there are other options in your geographic area, it would be advisable to do the research and understand exactly what the total monthly bill will be, not just for the first couple months, but down the road as well, 20 months from the date of the initial agreement might be a good benchmark. Always be sure to get any offers or agreements in writing.

Dear comcast/xfinity, Ok, first of all my girl (meaning the amazing costumer service provider) Aucylia, she was amazing! I have never encountered such a dedicated and kind worker in my lifetime. She goes above and beyond making sure her customers are happy and the company is reflected in a professional and amazing manner. Without her support, transfering my internet into my new home would not have been so quick, easy, and happy. She is the kindest soul in costumer service and she needs a promotion. I hope one day of if I ever have issues with my internet I encounter her again. I hope this message reaches the company or someone that can wish her a job well done!
