It is Saturday @ 10:20 AM and no one answers the phone. They say they open @ 9:00 AM. Very frustrating when you have no service and no response from the company.

I can honestly say the level of service and assistance from Speed Net Broadband is probably the best service assistance I have ever received from any business. They contacted me shortly after I submitted my service issue and persistently stayed on the issue, communicating with me constantly, until they were able to successfully resolve the issue. I HIGHLY recommend them for internet service!

Order this. Took almost 2 wks to get. Open the package….used material! Hooked it up and it is horrible. Changed areas often and still does not work on all my devices. The tell me hook an ethernet wire to my tv!

it worked good untill i gave my 30 day notice. paid for my last month then they tell me i have to send back equpiment with in 15 days. after 10 days they just cut off my internet. you lose that last month because you gave them a 30 notice that i was leaving..there was no less then half of a star

Got Speed Net Broadband internet today! Previously, I used EarthLink Wireless, which worked well but was too slow, and AT&T Internet Air, which was fast but had frequent power-down issues. While searching online, I came across Speed Net Broadband and spoke with Nancy, who was incredibly professional and efficient in getting my service up and running. So far, I’m very satisfied with the service, and that’s why I’m giving this review five stars!

I live in a rural area and found this company while checking for internet providers in my location. When I called, they responded quickly and recommended their outdoor modem. It was a self-installation setup, and although I was hesitant at first, it turned out to be very easy with the help of their instructional videos. Once installed, the service worked great, and I’ve been getting good speeds. What truly stands out is their customer support—it’s all human, no AI bots to deal with! Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable internet in rural areas.

I have the Speed Net Broadband service on a houseboat, and it works great. Infact, I got a second system that I use on another boat in north Texas and take with me to a boat in Venice Louisiana. It works great in both locations. A lot less money than Starlink.

Being in Texas rural area, there are not too many options. This service it's OK. Sometimes there are some hiccups. Call customer service and they resolve my problems. they are pretty quick. One thing I ask, maybe they working hours to be 8AM to 6PM, so is covering a regular working day. Most of the time I'm getting Rick who always is very helpful, and knowledgeable.
