We had some issues with the receiver. We tried several things, in the end I had to call. The person was very patient and he ordered us a new receiver. It was delivered the next day. We tried several things on the app. I called again. The person was very helpful and patient. She ended up getting someone to come out. We got service the same day. The guy (Gilbert ) was extremely knowledgeable and got us up and running quickly. Everyone was very good. One thing to mention. We have a DVR. The free movies are not all free. Twice recently, I wanted to watch a free movie, only to find I had to have another tier of channels. So , not really free afterall.

I looked at my bill, went back and it has gone up within 2 hrs. You dug up an Xtra small amount to add on from somewhere. I am a senior who works from home. I have to have it to live. As soon as AT&T, T Mobile or any other service moves in I will be glad to call to tell you to turn it off!
