If your looking for an internet provider avoid Xfinity at all costs! I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but using them had been a nightmare! We pay for their fastest service but rarely get the speed promised. The cable actually feel off the telephone pole and they wouldn’t come out for days to fix it and then didn’t even fix it. Then they told me my issue was our modem so I went and bought a new $200 modem and it still didn’t work. When I spoke to another representative he told me my old modem should be fine. Now I need to wait another 4 days for a tech to come out. My husband and I both work from home so we’ve had to take multiple days off and looks like we need to take more now. Not to mention all the other services we pay for that require internet that we are unable to use. FIND ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

You can not stream anything on this service, Netflix and other streaming providers will not work on this service. It barely works for email much less for internet meetings
