After an initial bumpy start for about two weeks of Dec 2023, I have been up for more than a year 100% of the time. I check my speed all the time (1000mps,), and I get very close to the speed both down and up speeds. I find their service to be excellent. I get a live voice if I want to. It is also true that I am hardwired into the Plume router for my computer. My tv is not hardwire and I have no issues with the wifi. I use a plume extender for my basement relatives and they have no problems. I have a two story house and my main rounter is on the top floor sending a signal to the extender in the basement. I don't know if this is a common process, but I made sure that the fiber optic line that came into the mainbox on the side of my house, also came out of this box all the way to my top floor into a main box and plume router. It is only there that the hard wire to my computer changes to a cable.

Internet is fine when it works but constant outages, price is so high for the 300mb of 1g I pay for.... Customer service is nice and tries is just a terrible company that knows we don't have any other options in the area.

Iām paying for 1000mbps. Iām am getting pixelation on my brand new Sony TV. I checked the download speed at my home and Iām only getting 265mbps. My upload speed is even worseā¦165mbps. Terrible. I will attempt to contact All West but I doubt Iāll actually be able to talk to a live person. Disappointed!

Internet down for 3rd day in a row. Excessively on hold & no idea if & when tech might show up. They had issues which said resolved, didnāt help me!

after checking how much internet a family would need and maxing all answers except the large down load, it determined much less than the suggested mbps from our company that we pay for is 150 mbps. we need less than half of that. Even the business level of mbps was much less than I believed I needed.
