Speed is somewhat slow. Power goes out frequently when it storms. This past storm knocked out the internet and it has been down for 2 weeks.

Customer service is extremely quick to respond to issues, and they are always friendly. I am able to stream videos and play games without interruption, but sometimes I experience slow speeds on my laptop or phone.
