Service is great, but Internet costs too much and the speed drags and I'm not willing to pay any more for average speed. Also, I don't like paying for a land line for internet service.

The service is top notch, the speed is slow and the price is pretty high compared to other places. Wish it was more competitive.

Sometimes the speed seems slow during peak hours. The price is outrageous and we're forced to sign up for a land-line to have internet.
