Your service is abysmal to say the least, slower than malassas. we had Spectrum and NEVER a problem, get your acts together because the whole community is about to give you the BOOT!

The entire team was more than helpful. They were very patient with us as we are not very "technology-wise". I love the service and the transition to something new was pretty painless. This team was spot on with customer service. I am very grateful our HOA decided to use Blue Stream

Mr. Nelson is an excellent lead technician. His customer service skills are excellent. He was very empathetic, patient and understanding. He made sure to take his time to make sure all the services were in working order. He went above and beyond to resolve any issues we were having with phone, internet and wifi. Mr. Nelson made sure everything was in working order to our satisfaction. He remained in touch throughout the process and provided updates. He informed me of the steps he was going to take to resolve any issues we were experiencing. Mr. Nelson provided options and alternatives in which issues we were having could be quickly and efficiently resolved and put my mind at ease. He made sure everything was fully operational before he left the premises. We are very satisfied with his service. From now on I will be requesting for specifically, Mr. Nelson who is a highly knowledgeable, and reliable lead technician.

My internet was disconnected following installation of a new modem; service technician was already out of area and couldn't return. Toni (1232) patiently worked with me over the phone to reconnect to the internet. She was great.

Kalvin from Texas customer service with Blue Stream Fiber is the BEST! Heā€™s very knowledgeable! Great customer support. His representation is seriously on point. The buffering on my streaming GONE!!! Now I am watching TV buffering FREE! THANKS Kalvinā€¦Thanks BLUE STREAM FIBER. Am happy. 3 years with BLUE STREAM FIBER AND STILL A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

She was caring, courteous, kind, patient, personable, extremely knowledgeable, cheerful, respectful, engaging, responsible, and more.
