I have been completely satisfied with Breezeair! 2 outages in 3 yrs. Repaired within 12 hrs. Trees broke cable. Owner responds to emails in reasonable time. Never an issue downloading, watching movies ect. I have been extremely pleased. Easy pay system also!

Absolutely the worst customer service and internet service that I have experienced in my life. They also have intro rates that balloon into ridiculously overpriced rates.

Deplorable service and customer support is non-existent. AWFUL. Don't fall for the low starting price. You're just buying yourself intermittent connectivity and months of emotional labor and overall distress. REALLY.

Excellent service. In the 5 years I have only 2 outages one for 2 hours and one for 2 days and it was due to a power storm outage
