We had Breezeline foisted on us when they took over Wow. For a short time they honored the discounted plan we had with Wow, but then the price went up $30. After some haggling I got a reduced cost for a slower speed which is all we need, but now it's back up. All these companies know what the others charge and have no desire to get less for their service; this isn't competition but a pricing monopoly which no company wants to break. Till the government steps in, we're helpless since everyone needs internet now.

Their price is not bad, but the speed is very slow. I work at home and often have to wait for files and websites to load

Longer length contract than one year. Price hike after a year makes me want to choose differently when my deal is up. At the beginning had a few disconnect issues, but since has been good.

I like the intro rate for internet services. I don't love that my rate is going to double now once my first year is up. I also don't love that I don't have the option to go elsewhere currently. The installation technician was very nice.
