Dustin was so helpful, explained the process to me and was very patient. Andy was the technician that was assigned and I could not have been more thankful for him. He was so knowledgeable, got right into the problem and I felt very comfortable to have him in my home. Thank you to Dustin and Andy for their work!

Efficient, friendly & reliable. I had DSL before and it was always slowing down and dropping out. CAS has been magnificent.

Customer service is good & installers & tech services are also. This ISP is SO MUCH BETTER than my previous ISP. I previously had Suddenlink which was horrible in most ways. I will do without before I ever have them again.

they are local and they take good care of their customers, if there is an issue they work with us to resolve it
