Since moving in the area, my wife and I work in public sector from home, require reliable internet, and was looking for a top tier Internet Service Provider in our area. CassComm provided that and more. Their services are everything we asked for; reliable, fast, affordable, consistent, quick and professional customer service. They are always ready to answer phones to resolve any billing/service issues, and answer questions on their social media. Their field techs/linemen are some of the toughest and most skilled in the state, and respond just as fast if not faster than our electric providers during power outages regardless of the harsh weather conditions. Our family has had them for a couple years now and plan on growing with them during our time here. Thanks Casscomm! You all are really great.

There are only two providers in my area. They could adjust the prices and lower them that would be great.

CassComm is very fast and I hardly ever loss internet service. Whenever I have had trouble in the past they send someone out immediately and fix the problem.
