I have had C Spire for almost a year now and was one of the first in my neighborhood to get it when it became available. My previous carrier was constantly going down so I was excited to have another choice of provider. I have never experienced an outage nor had any problems whatsoever. C Spire is very fast and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Amazing price and amazing service. Haven't experienced an outage or interruption in months. My previous provider had issues once a week and double the price for HALF the speed. I love C Spire!!!!!!!

Service is great. However, I require a public IP address and they sometimes switch you to Carrier-Grade NAT which does not work if you have the need to access systems remotely. C-Spire has changed my service twice already and I have had to call to have them to change it back. The process of changing it back can take about 45 minutes. Hopefully, it won't be changed again.

End state product is good, and very reliable. I did due diligence and checked if 2 gig internet was available in my area on CSpire site. Results of check were that I had 2 gig available in my area. I set my appointment for 2 gig up and had to wait additional time before a technician was available for installation of service. When the tech got here (he was phenomenal btw) he tells me that 2 gig isn't available. So, we proceeded with just 1 gig, which works out. I was disappointed with the misleading marketing availability of the 2 gig in my area, and having to wait longer for a service appointment than I needed to. Ultimately the tech was able to get us installed and set up, despite the misleading marketing.
