Easy order process, great communication, fast installation, follow up to bury of the lines was also prompt and automatic. The internet speed and wifi range is great so far. Would recommend.

Easy Internet now has great internet service that allows me to work from home along with everything else. I will also say that their customer service is far and away better than anyone else's. They are clear, concise, thorough, kind, and helpful. In my experience, trying to get internet assistance on the phone is difficult and ineffective (looking at you, AT&T), but not with EIN! They are truly the best at what they do.

After being with ATT for over 10 years, we switched to Easy Internet Now and the service is SO must faster with no interruptions, which was a consistent issue with ATT. Customer Service was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They continue to reach out to make sure there we are satisfied with the service, which is wonderful! Install was fast and technician was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy and would highly recommend!!
