I spoke with a representative on the phone to get my service reconnected. Persons name was Dexter. He was very polite I was able to carry on a conversation with him and he is excellent at his job. Very impressed with Dexter and hope for more success in his future.

EPB is fantastic. Chattanooga is called gig city for a reason. It's the most reliable internet I've ever had

I have had service all over the USA...EPB is BY Far the absolute best provider in life. No 45 minute waits for support, FAST internet, fast on site support appointments, no one else even comes close. No one.

totally awesome have had it for 12 years. had Comcast now Xfinity for 20 years before that will never go back

I have the 1 gig service and their routers and my service still buffers even though it shows 900 download on my app other speed text 125-350 mbps on average

Generally speaking, our internet is fast and reliable. Combined with internet services, this makes for a nicely priced bundle.
