Service use to be decent. Over the past few months the internet seems to cut-out overnight. This is becoming a more frequent occurance. Last month I was out for 3 days before restored, today it’s been down for the past 5 hours and still waiting for a response as to what’s going on. I was suppose to be credited for the lost service, which I’m also still waiting to receive. This has not been a pleasant experience. I do not recommend fusion if you have other service providers available. I will be looking around for a new provider myself.

Just installed, speed 800+ mbps with almost a mile of fiber up our private road.
