Customer service doesn't always give correct accurate information. Prices are way too high and they just keep raising them. People in this economy can't afford almost $300 a month just to be able to communicate with family.

My ISP has been tremendous and has met all my personal and business needs. The other ISP services are cheaper, but their services are not as good as my ISP.
