HTC, Inc. is a local company located within our county. It provides excellent service and customer friendly representatives. Although they do offer a bundle package, we have satellite TV and only use cell phones. Their prices are competitive with Spectrum, the only other Internet provider in the county of which I am aware

They are the only service in the area. So it doesn't matter whether you like or dislike like their service. They are usually quick to get service back up and going.

The service is good and the customer service is good. My complaint would be that they keep raising the prices constantly but the service isn't getting better.

I love that they are a local company. I love the customer service, I get to talk to a local person in a local office. The speed is great.

THERE WAS REALLY NO ISSUES ON MY END. THERE WAS POWER OUTAGE CAUSE BY A STORM THAT WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED IN A MATTER OF HOURS. SO I REALLY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

I have been with HTC for more than 10 years. Excellent customer service. With new fiber optic service things are even better. The internet service in my opinion is the best in the area. I know many people that switched from HTC to other services and everyone switched back as soon as there contract was up. I rarely lose service and it is never more than a few minutes, with the exception of hurricanes and other uncontrollable events.
