I like that if I have any problems they are very good about helping. The price is a bit high but in my area they are the only provider.

I would like faster speeds. I would like to lower cost monthly bill.

It's a local service and is tied to the hard phone line. If it wasn't such a hassle we would probably bundle it with our wireless plan.
