My overall experience is good, not great but with my location the options are slim. They should give loyalty rewards for loyal customers who never miss a payment. Their service can use some more improvement for faster and stable connection in low populated areas

they have had some problems in GJ more than I like they do have a recording on phone to tell people they are working on it I make money on the computer so I kind of need them to hurry I suppose they try

In my area few internet options are available. Rise seems to always have an issue with towers that cause slow or no internet. Wish they had better maintenance of equipment in my area to help with this.

I like it for the speed. I do not like that it lags alot of times. It cuts out at times and it takes a long time
