I went in today to inquire about making a phone purchase. My sales agent Alyssa (Bay Rd) was very knowledgeable. She answered my many various questions and helped me pick out the perfect phone. The phones proving was much cheaper than other competitors, and she set up my new phone, moved all my data over and even shared some phone tips and tricks! Great experience!

I went to DR on vacation and was connected to WiFi all the time. Spectrum allows automatically other companies to connect to your phone and billed me few hundreds in roaming fees. Shady business. I tried to change settings in my phone but I couldnāt do it cause spectrum has full control. Very upset the way they treat customers.

Honestly they absolute most deceitful company i have ever worked with. The worst part of it is I can't even choose to go somewhere else. It's all a bunch of promises that are never fulfilled out of technicalities just putting they customers in terrible financial situations.

Don't purchase a phone from spectrum. I did, and for me. It's over a year. I've been complaining about my phone networking. They blame Samsung. Samsung blamed spectrum.None of those last, I can't get out of out of having them because my phone doesn't work to find out to pay off. So I could switch to another company that will pay my phone off that I still owe spectrum 4, and they offer me an upgrade phone that will cost me a couple $100 up front to get, which is crazy when you could go to T-Mobile Verizon. Bruce mobile and they're offering free watch and tablet with the phone. And will pay off your other phone. All you gotta do is pay the monthly service fee. I've been fighting with them for over a year. No satisfaction whatsoever, the worst service ever

Nothing is free... Got an offer for a free mobile line for a year with my business account. Cool! I set it up and was CHARGED for my first month. I called and said I had a promo and they refused to reverse the charge, they just added some months on the end of the promo... I ended up cancelling it after 8 months, but got a bill 5 months later for another month of service. Called again and was told it would be zeroed out and cancelled for real. Then I got charged for that bill and I called AGAIN and was told okay THIS time it will be cancelled and my account will be credited. But, I would have to call back AGAIN once the credit was pushed through paperwork of 7-10 days in order to get it actually refunded to my credit card. What an absolute joke. Their customer service is sometimes friendly but incompetent, and other times outright rude and refuse to help.

Today, I faced some issues while trying to get service with Spectrum mobile However, Joann in store #1024 provided exceptional customer care by addressing all my needs and questions. Without their help, I likely would have canceled my service. I truly appreciate the educational options they shared with me. Thank you again for your excellent service!

Shout out to Angel and Chewy!!! I've been with Spectrum for a while and today they helped me and my child so well on getting some new service. They told me so much information I really needed to know. They're very informative. I wouldn't go to anybody else but those two - Angel and Chewy!!!!!
