They close down up here in the Dewey area after a couple of weeks of raising their prices and taking a payment,with mention of shutting down. Leaving me and other customers high and dry. The company that bought out speed connect Global tec has some questionable business practices.!!!!

Another round of false "delinquent account" charges and messages. Always have to call and amazingly it has been corrected already. BS. Don't call and they keep adding late fees. Have to call every now and then to get them to make adjustments to get their speeds up above dial up. Complete lack of consistency. TEC fiber can't get here fast enough. This is same company that had same price for life program and then scammed their way out. They keep expanding and adding customers, but don't provide the same service to all of them. But charge the same. Maybe if they started providing a credit everytime they screw up their employees would start performing.
