I would recommend TDS because any time that I have ever needed customer support for varying reasons, I was able to speak to a human being, a person. Several customer service agents have helped me with numerous internet-related issues in the past 7 years. The service is always quick. The people are very nice.

When they laid the line in my yard, they broke my sprinkler line now I have a sinkhole in my flower bed I have called several times and just get the runaround with no help. The company is out of state and hard to get any answers because they subcontract with workers who don't really care . I am very disappointed with this company.

When it's working, it's fantastic. But here lately, it almost feels like some throttling gong on. It just drops for a few moments and then picks up. Throws me off of streaming servers all the time. I have to log off and log back in once service kicks in again. Frustrating.

Horrible service, horrible company, TV plus has less channels worse video quality, just junk. I cancel the cable service because the upgrade they sent me with 2 mesh routers was not what I WANTED.. I was told I would get a box and label to send back what I was sent, in 2 weeks I DID NOT RECIEVE THE BOX OR LABLES. They billed me for a complete month service for just five days of use, and will probablely charge me for the equipment that they sent to me unsolisited. We have had the service for over 20 years, they treat customers like dirt, stay away.
