Horrible Horrible Horrible!! We ordered internet to be installed at my mother's house. She obviously doesn't use social media, etc. We needed it to install some security features in her home. Tech guy never showed up and never told me he wasn't showing up. I waited 8hrs!! I drove 1hr back and forth to my mom's house for nothing! I called and they think they can come whenever they want. You dropped the ball on us and can't accomodate our schedule even after your mistake. Nope, taking our business somewhere else.
