We have had Total highspeed since 2020 and have great service! One time we had an interruption but it was quickly fixed

Had service. It was working great. Then out of the blue it wasn't. My options were to pay 15k to have a tower built in my yard. Or cancel service. This place is a joke.

Too many interuptions in service.Horrible customer service. I cannot trust them to do what they say.

Horrible pricing and horrible service. We pay 250(ish) a month for not even 6mbps. Their uptime service is sketchy. It only half works, and we deal with constant drops and outages. Their name is a joke compared to the services provided.

They have good customer service usually-sometimes get 'canned' answers. The price has increased 3-4 times in 6 years.
