The setup service was great! The speeds are great! However, when I received my first bill, there was a $16 charge that I was made to pay to keep my service active, but no one could tell me what the charge was for. Other than mystery charges the service is great!

Troy Cablevision has steadily been updating all its services which means more reliable internet connection and less problems with cable repairs. Unfortunately my home is at the far end of their service and updating the cable in my area will probably take awhile. But the few connection problems that I have had are dealt with very quickly and by friendly technicians. I have had this service since they took over from the last ISP and am very pleased with their service.

I Have pretty good service just wish it reached to the back of house... So far it's the fastest thanks Troy
